Before owning Sundance Chris had a business with his brother in law, Phil, erecting outbuildings.  Prior to that he worked in the rock & excavation industry for both Knife River and McDonald Excavating.  With this background as well as the experience we have gained in helping hundreds of other customers put buildings on their properties, our team understands the process from start to finish.  Most of our competitors want nothing to do with earthwork, concrete and/or utilities.  Most building sellers sit behind a computer, find customers, and then make a sale on another company's contract, leaving their customers to fend for themselves.  We don't operate that way.

At Sundance, our contracts are direct with our customers and there is no 3rd party you have to pay or communicate with.  We understand what it takes to be better, and that communication and simply doing what you say you will means everything.
